Traditionally, the Hefeweizen is brewed using German yeast. We decided to change the game and used our house Belgian yeast strain. The yeast provides intriguing spice notes while being light enough for any beer drinker to enjoy.
Basil Lime Wheat – American Wheat – ABV: 5.9% – IBU: 14.7
We took our classic American Wheat recipe and packed it full of lime zest and fresh basil. The flavor provides an interesting balance you are sure to enjoy during those hot summer days.
Chocolate Mint Stout – American Stout – ABV: 6.0% – IBU: 46.9
Our Chocolate Mint Stout is chocolate forward with the perfect balance of mint to provide a unique flavor profile. We lightened up the mouthfeel in order to let the delicate flavors shine. Ask for a dollup of ice cream to float it!
IPA One – American IPA – ABV: 6.5 % – IBU: 129.4
We paired classic American hops with some of the newest varieties to create an IPA that has the piney bitter punch that finishes with tropical fruit notes.
Smoked Rye Pale – American Pale – ABV: 6.0 % – IBU: 66.7
Abundant additions of beechwood-smoked malt and rye balance nicely with the American hops Chinook and Centennial.
Betrunken Monch Belgian Stout – Sweet Stout – ABV: 6.8% – IBU: 33.7
Our Belgian yeast pairs beautifully in this twist on the stout style. We combine Belgian grains with Styrian hops to bring this style to life and make it our own.
Belgian Amber (Amba) – Amber – ABV: 5.5% – IBU: 28.7
This beer bridges the gap between our Hefe and Belgian Stout. Enjoy sipping on this as you experience biscuit and caramel notes that finish clean and refreshing.
NZ Pale – Pale Ale – ABV: 6.4% – IBU: 46.2
We exclusively used hops from New Zealand to formulate this light on the bitterness and heavy on the fruitiness beer. It is brewed to the pale ale style so the hop bitterness is there in just the right amount while being balanced using extensive late hop and dry hop additions.
